This top is so feminine and so fun. In Anne of Green Gables, she wants to be called Cordelia and she always dreams of puff sleeves. If Anne lived in modern times, I think she would love this blouse. It comes in this beautiful purple floral pattern as well as a blue floral pattern. I am wearing a size small. The original design had ruffles, and I thought it would be cute without them so I took them off!
