What started as my frustration in not being able to find cute, comfortable, feminine clothes has turned into my passion project.

Dahl began as a traditional boutique where everything was purchased wholesale, but now I am able to design my own pieces from scratch! My goal is always to create pieces that are comfortable and feminine for every stage of womanhood. I am a mom to 3 (also my dream job!!) so clothes that have flexible sizing are super important to me. I want you to be able to wear clothes that help you appreciate your body—not hate it. 

When I started Dahl it was just me—I did the photos, buying, website, social media, emails, shipping…anything you can think of! Now I’m lucky to have help as I’ve grown and also with my health issues (I have a brain tumor that has affected my energy and eyesight, but thankfully it’s not terminal.) My husband takes the collection photos, my friend Mckenna helps with design and email, and my friend Kelsey writes the blogs and does admin work. I’m so grateful for them!!

If you love classic silhouettes and feminine touches like ditsy florals, lace, and twirly dresses, this is the place for you. My style is a mix of Anne of Green Gables meets modern chic meets your cute granny ;) Before I launched Dahl, pretty much everything in this realm was either impractical or made of polyester, so whenever I can I’m using natural fibers! 

As a bonus—I am also a songwriter and many of my songs are about flowers, so you will see that here and on my instagram too. Dahl is basically a compilation of all of the things I love—so if you like Dahl that means we are kindred spirits!
