This top is so feminine and so fun. In Anne of Green Gables, she wants to be called Cordelia and she always dreams of puff sleeves. If Anne lived in modern times, I think she would love this blouse. It comes in this beautiful blue floral pattern as well as a purple floral pattern. I am wearing a size small.
